What HomeReady Provides
HomeReady analyzes photos you upload — taken during a home tour or from a listing — to generate a condition report, including estimated repair costs, priority flags, and negotiation guidance.
Important: Not a Substitute for a Professional Inspection
HomeReady's assessments are based solely on visible conditions captured in photos you provide. This is not a substitute for a licensed home inspection, engineering evaluation, or other professional assessment. Our reports reflect only what is visible in the photos submitted and may not identify every issue present in a property. You should always consult a licensed home inspector and other relevant professionals before making an offer, closing on, or listing a property.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
Cost estimates, condition grades, and negotiation guidance are generated using AI-based analysis and general cost data, and are provided for informational purposes only. Actual repair costs, property conditions, and outcomes may vary significantly. HomeReady does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a property for assessment.
Payment and Refunds

Acceptable Use

The HomeReady service, including its software, design, and content (excluding photos you upload and reports generated for you), is owned by HomeReady and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeReady and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on a HomeReady report. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the service.
